We provide virtual speech therapy online via teletherapy.
For many busy families, yes! Studies show that teletherapy results in similar gains when compared to in-person therapy.
That said, it is not for everyone, and we will work closely with your family to determine the best service delivery model, including helping your family find local therapists if teletherapy is not the right fit.
If children are either too young or unable to participate directly in online speech therapy, then sessions will consist of family/caregiver trainings. We will coach you on how to use the same strategies that we would if we were there with your child.
This provides families with extensive knowledge on how to implement our strategies both in and outside of sessions, which may lead to faster results for your child.
While we are not in-network with any insurance companies, Individualized Therapy Solutions sees all families with or without insurance.
We provide all of our families with a guide to learning about their out-of-network coverage from their insurance companies.
We also provide our families with Superbills upon request. This documentation includes information regarding any evaluations and/or therapy sessions the family has paid for, which can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement based on your plan.
We accept payment via credit/debit card as well as HSA and FSA cards so that you can get the most out of your Health Savings Account.
Payment is via our HIPAA-compliant and user-friendly payment platform, IvyPay. We will send a secure IvyPay text with a link where you will upload a card that will stay on file and be charged after each therapy session.
Individualized Therapy Solutions strives to make each family feel like our only client.
We offer private speech therapy and family training services so that we can meet the unique needs and wants of each and every family.
Private speech therapy allows our clients to see us as often as needed, or simply on a consultation basis.
We love collaborating with family members. Collaboration allows family to be aware of exact communication goals as well as the strategies that help us achieve those goals, and ultimately improves successful communication between loved ones.

A comprehensive speech-language evaluation helps us identify individual strengths and challenges in your loved one's communication skills.
We then create an individualized treatment plan incorporating all wants, needs, interests, and experiences of each unique client and their family to optimize (1) therapeutic success and (2) carryover to the family's home environment.

Our evaluations typically last 1-2 hours as we evaluate every aspect of how difficulties with speech, language, or cognition impact each unique client and their caregivers' daily activities and quality of life.

1. What is family training?
Here at Individualized Therapy Solutions, we know that receiving a new diagnosis is a big change for families.
Many families may have difficulty managing this new situation, and may need help understanding how best to provide speech-language care for their loved one in the home environment.
Individualized Therapy Solutions offers in-home and online family training for those who need help understanding new diagnoses, altering their home environment for optimal communication, or carrying over strategies learned in speech language therapy (at any location!) to the home environment.
